Jack

Jack graduated from the Virginia Military Institute where he lived within a military framework for four years wearing a cadet uniform, living in barracks, participating in and leading military training activities and advancing in rank while being given increasingly more leadership responsibilities. A typical day in the life of a VMI cadet is highly demanding and strictly regimented to meet strict academic, military, and physical training requirements.

These skills include individual motivational and behavioral processes, leadership, communication, and group dynamics, Jack’s training also included field training which included physical conditioning training, weapons training, and survival training as well as an opportunity to develop skills as both a team leader and team member.

Upon graduation Jack earned a commission and entered the US Air Force as a Second Lieutenant and attended the Communications Officer Leadership School.jack was given the responsibilities for leading and commanding more than 200 Airmen responsible for all the planning, installation and maintenance of the communications equipment and navigational systems required to support an F-16 Fighter Wing. Jack later served overseas where he was part or the Ground Launched Cruise Missile program in Europe. Upon Jack leaving the Air Force he had earned the rank of Captain.
