What we have put together isn’t just a Blog- it’s an archive of the right tools to help you achieve your strength and fitness goals.
If you talked to all of our Personal Trainers, Athletic Coaches and Teammates You would hear backgrounds as diverse as: Boxing and Coaching Champion’s for the United States Team, Being an Ironman, Adventure Racer, Military Special Operations Instructor or running one of the Leading Personal Training and Athletic Development Companies in the U.S…. they would all lead to a couple of jokes, some useful knowledge and a history of stories concerning Team Work, Hard work and Success. Why we started Veteran Training? We wanted to use our utilize our training from our diverse backgrounds as athlete’s, medical personnel, coaches and instructors, and start a personal training and weight loss service. We are currently located in Pembroke, Hingham, Cohasset, Scituate, Duxbury and Kingston Massachusetts. Despite our growing success in the fitness industry we have never forgotten our original goal of maintaining our non-profit, Veterans in Service, to help our local communities and empower Disabled Veterans to return to an active lifestyle again. More information about our recent projects can be found here: http://www.VeteransInService.com We have worked and trained with a wide range of fitness enthusiast from professional athletes,T.V. & Film production Companies, Fortune 500 CEO’s, youth recreation groups & brides, to training with and helping to develop programs for the Department of Homeland Security, FBI-HRT Swat Teams, Law Enforcement/Fire Departments and every branch of the U.S. Special Operations Community. Our team has pulled, pushed, lifted, carried, run, swim, biked and climbed with every piece of exercise equipment imaginable. This experience has allowed us to provide the best Strength and Conditioning service to any person with any type of goal. We have been Coaches, Trainers and Instructors in “Gyms” in Combat Zones that qualified to carry that name because they offered sandbags tied to steel bars resembeling barbells…. to cutting edge test facilities with state of the art machines that regulate and monitor a person’s heart rate, pulse and hydration levels while working out. One of our goals with this blog has been to provide you with the most informative, thorough, clear, updated and practical information that will help you find your own way toward a healthy life. In addition, we also want to provide you with the constant motivation to take action, whether you are already a client, teammate, or someone who just wants to start incorporating more fitness into your New Years Resolution. That’s why we built this Library- at least in Computer form. Think of it as an accurate source that will build and enhance your fitness development from beginning to end, with the ultimate goal of helping you achieve victory in record time.
