A Veteran Training Boot Camp can be scheduled for groups looking to be active outdoors. Don’t let the name scare you off- although the boot camps are hard and you will have to work to your absolute capacity, they are geared toward people of every physical level and are guaranteed to give you a great full-body workout.
Simply…we’re taking back what we started. Boot Camps have become watered down versions of what they are designed for. To test and expand your comfort zones and Our training programs are designed to be effective, and results-oriented total body fitness. We will train you with the experience and dedication of making you understand your full potential.
Our clients come from every walk of life, range greatly in age and fitness levels, but share one strong common goal... they want to be the best version of themselves! Our program is tough, but you will be challenged individually and have the opportunity to give 100% without being overwhelmed or held back despite the group setting. You will be asked to give our instructors your best effort so we can guide you toward your goals in the most efficient and safest way possible. We would rather have someone do 10 push-ups correctly, than half the effort and perform a bad 20.
The Veteran Training Boot Camp program is specifically designed to improve your physical fitness performance level for your personal health, selection test, basic training or any on going training. We have access to Military, Law Enforcement, and Fire fitness tests and can train you to meet and exceed those standards. We will offer Power, Strength, Speed, Flexibility, Endurance, Balance, Agility, and Cardiovascular Endurance training.
Our classes are conducted in a fun, positive and team oriented environment, but if you are looking for a way to spend the hour talking about the biggest loser that was on last night and talk about your new workout mat, Veteran Training is not for you. You can do that on your own time... we train for results!
