The Veteran Training nutrition program is designed to fuel an athlete’s needs to perform at an optimal level on and off training seasons. Our program caters to both current and retired athletes, who need to stay on top of their game, or rebuild strength and heal from sport injuries. We specialize in the production and delivery of customized meals, nutritional services and proper hydration programs to fuel every athlete from all sports. Each meal is designed and portioned specifically to your body’s needs based on Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) and activity level. Good nutrition is a key factor in leading a healthy life. Having a healthy diet comes from the combination of eating the right foods, in the right quantities, at the right times throughout the day.
We have a wealth of knowledge and experience in nutrition and dietary planning. Taking into account many factors such as level of physical activity, age, weight, body type, and an individual’s medical conditions, we develop a personalized dietary calendar for each client. We offer portion controlled instruction – correct calories in every meal- low glycemic index carbohydrates-low fat lean meats-unsaturated essential fatty acids. With five to six balanced meals per day, one on one consultation with our Nutrition Specialist, and a full line of natural foods to help with energy and joint relief, our athletes will be able to excel in their sport.

Supermarket Tours
We offer one hour Supermarket and local farmers market tours. One of our Trainers will take you shopping at your local grocery store and help you make the right choices when picking out food for you and your family. Along the way, we’ll give you tips on nutrition, easy healthy meals, and, if you need it, a step by step breakdown of your calorie and nutritional needs for better performance.
Are you feeling stuck purchasing the same 'staple' items on your list wondering if there are healthier options to your family favorites? We simplify your list and organize your time. We will walk you through the store pointing out where to find the best items for your personal health needs. Learn tips to quickly find what you're most interested in on a food label, what all of those health claims on food packages really mean, and discover some alternatives and recommendations for healthier food choices specific to your health needs. Tours are instructed by a Certified Trainer specialized in dietary nutrition and can be one-on-one or a small group setting.
You will learn:
- how to improve nutrition by choosing the right foods for health.
- how to read and interpret food labels and health claims.
- how to reduce calories, fat, and sodium and increase fiber and flavor.
- about healthy alternatives to junk food.
