Athletic Training
The mission of the Veteran Training Group is to achieve the highest level of Strength and Condition for Individuals who have interests in competition or Mission Specific training. While each individual receives a training plan based on personal goals, performance is enhanced by training in real time and real world environments set within a comprehensive support network, to maximize success.Our Functional exercises are designed to bring you to your peak performance level. We will enhance coordination, muscular strength and endurance, improve speed and agility, and ultimately build a body better able to meet any challenge. Foreign or Domestic.

Personal Training & Weight Loss
Physical Fitness is defined as a state of health and well-being. We offer a designed Personal Training program for individuals or small groups. All programs are built to fit your capabilities and your lifestyle in order to help you reach your physical fitness goals. Our weight loss programs are proven to enhance your overall well-being, decrease risk of injury, and help you achieve optimum performance.

Rehabilitation
We utilizing our experience in civilian and Department of Defense Rehabilitaions. More than half of our trainers have experience and training in certified Advanced Rehabilitation and medical physical conditioning with a minimum of advanced life saving and immediate response first aid. Many people stop physical activity because they are suffering after a surgery or an injury. We will work with your condition to get you back to where you would like to be. Don’t let chronic pain or a recent affliction hold you back from your goals.

Marathon, Triathlon & Endurance Training
Our marathon and triathlon training is designed to meet the needs of the first time racer to the advanced competitor. Do you want to run faster? Are you trying to peak for a particular race? Would you like to find your true running potential? Our coaches have trained first time 5k runners, Ironmen and women, world-class Military and civilian athletes, adventure racers and mission capable operational teams to be ready to get to the finish line. We will show you the way using practical and time-tested programs. Veteran Training is considered to be one of the leading providers of innovative running development coaching in New England. Until now, only a handful of elite soldiers and athletes have been able to benefit from methods used by Veteran Training unless they we’re assigned to a Special Operations Team. We specialize in showing runners how to coach themselves as confidently and effectively as our coaches have trained those that base their lives on their fitness ability. First we will assess your abilities. Then we will devise a training program specifically geared to you. From the 5K to the marathon and abilities ranging from novice to advanced, Veteran Training is the cutting-edge guide for optimal performance. With guidance from our Veteran Training instructors, you can train smarter and more effectively—and avoid serious injury. Soon be running faster than you ever thought possible!

Keystone Project
Due to high demand for this service it is by invitation only at this time. Training applications will be assigned by necessity for Military mission deployment, Law Enforcement Testing and Development or Film and TV Production Companies.

Bridal Training
Having a wedding to get ready for is a great motivator to get into shape. We have advised for the Lifetime Television Channel as consultants and are experts in our field. We will create a dynamic safe training and healthy nutrition program that will help you tone and transform your body so that you look and feel your absolute best on your special day.

Pre and Post Natal Training
During pregnancy your body experiences dramatic physiological changes that require a carefully designed exercise program. Being fit can help you stay healthy during pregnancy; it can reduce the likelihood of complications during labor and actually make labor shorter. One of the biggest benefits is that it makes losing weight after you have the baby easier. Women who work out during their pregnancy experience:

Youth Training & Sports Development
Our coaches, trainers and instructors are all certified in Youth Athletics, Children’s Special Education, or Physical Education and are licensed teachers. Whether your child is looking to improve at a sport, or just get in shape, we can help. Statistics show that 49% of children do not have the basic skills necessary when they enter sports and that over 70% of kids will drop out of organized sports by the age of 13. In addition, 17% of American children between the ages of six and eleven are overweight and 18% of American children between the ages of twelve and nineteen are overweight. Our youth training programs build confidence and self-esteem in children while giving them a fun and positive early experience in sports and preparing them for a healthy life and future sports participation.
